According to Monast’s original thesis, the implementation of a one-world government would be achieved through four distinct, high-tech phases designed to break the human psyche and force global cooperation.
1. The Breakdown of Archaeological Knowledge
The first stage involves the orchestration of “artificial” earthquakes at precise locations around the globe. These disasters would supposedly “uncover” planted archaeological artifacts. The goal is to provide “evidence” that the foundational doctrines of major religions (Christianity, Islam, Judaism, etc.) have been misunderstood or misinterpreted for centuries, effectively dismantling faith in traditional institutions.
2. The Gigantic “Space Show”
This is the most famous aspect of the theory. It suggests that a massive, three-dimensional holographic display will be projected onto the ionosphere. Using satellite-based lasers, the global “elite” would project images of deities tailored to specific regions—Christ in the West, Muhammad in the East, etc. These images would eventually merge into one “true” god (the Antichrist) who speaks in all languages simultaneously.
3. Artificial Telepathic Communication
The third stage involves using Low-Frequency (LF), Very Low Frequency (VLF), and Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves to reach people directly inside their heads. This “Electronic Two-Way Communication” would make individuals believe their god is speaking to them personally, creating a state of mass religious fervor and total psychological submission.
4. The Universal Supernatural Manifestation
The final stage is designed to push humanity to a breaking point through three specific illusions:
The Alien Invasion: Making nations believe an extraterrestrial attack is imminent, forcing them to strike back and deplete their sovereignty.
The “Rapture” Illusion: Convincing religious groups that a “divine intervention” is occurring to gather them into “safe zones” (which theorists claim are actually FEMA-style camps).
Electronic Chaos: Using high-tech “ghosts” and demonic manifestations to drive the population into a state of total panic and chaos, until they beg for a global government to restore order.
Skepticism and Origins
Critics often point out that Monast’s theories bear a striking resemblance to several science fiction plots. Specifically, his ideas mirror an unproduced Star Trek script by Gene Roddenberry called The God Thing and the 1991 Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “Devil’s Due,” where a con artist uses holograms and technology to pose as a mythical deity.
While the technology for planet-wide, solid-looking holograms does not currently exist, the theory remains a cornerstone of New World Order “false flag” discussions, particularly during times of global unrest or unexplained aerial phenomena.
#First proposed by Canadian investigative journalist Serge Monast in 1994, this theory suggests a multi-stage plan coordinated by NASA and the United Nations to abolish traditional religions and usher in a New World Order.
